Price list
Unless otherwise stated, prices are in EUR and include VAT. Reservations are made for price changes and errors, discontinued items, deviations from what is written and the images shown.
Shipping
All items are shipped with GLS unless otherwise agreed or requested by the customer and are shipped the same or the following business day. If the item is not in stock, we will send an email within 1 business day with information about the delivery date. If you as a customer are not satisfied with this delivery time, please contact us.
Right of exchange and return
Any item purchased in Gale Force One's online store can be returned within 30 days of purchase. For an exchange or refund, the goods must be unused - i.e. you can remove them from the packaging, but not use them. If the item has been scratched, stained, exposed to tobacco smoke or otherwise damaged, the item will not be returned. The item must be returned in the original packaging. The item and the original packaging must be securely wrapped during transportation. The purchase receipt must be presented or enclosed. Goods returned on cash on delivery will be refused.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel goods purchased on Gale Force One's webshop. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the item to us no later than 30 days after you have received the item. It is always a good idea to contact us before returning the item so that any misunderstandings can be avoided. The item must be returned in unused condition (under the same conditions as exchange and return above).
Complaints
All sales from this website are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that consumers have a 2-year warranty on the goods. The right of complaint applies to goods where a defect can be found, i.e. an original defect and not wear and tear. This does not include ordinary wear and tear and damage that cannot be attributed to defects in the product. However, it is a prerequisite that these faults or defects have not arisen as a result of your improper use of the product or other damaging behavior. You must make a complaint within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect.
If you are unhappy with a product purchased from Gale Force One, you must send the product to Gale Force One, Kjeldsmarkvej 1-3, 7600 Struer. We never consider a complaint without having physically seen the product. Transportation and shipping of complaint goods are at the customer's expense.
Customer information
Your customer information is treated confidentially and stored securely. Your customer information will under no circumstances be passed on or sold to third parties.
Credit card payments are secured through QuickPay.
